CONFERENCE FEE

FEE FOR PRESENTERS
Non-member of ISISA:
Fee for authors, co-authors, and other delegates who will participate at the conference is USD 200

Member of ISISA:
Fee for authors, co-authors, and other delegates who will participate at the conference is USD 180

(authors/co-authors) includes:

  • Attendance in conference sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Refreshment during breaks
  • Travel costs for two field trips to neighboring islands
  • Annual fee for an individual one-year membership to ISISA (International Small Islands Studies Association)
  • Social dinner


FEE FOR PARTICIPANTS (NON-PRESENTER)

Participant with full package:
Fee for participant with full package is USD 150

Includes:

  • Attendance in conference sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Refreshment during breaks
  • Travel costs for two field trips to neighboring islands


Participant with conference package:
Fee for participant with full package is USD 100

Includes:

  • Attendance in conference sessions
  • Conference materials
  • Refreshment during breaks


NOTES:

  • All bank transaction costs are to be paid by the author/co-author
  • The conference fee does not cover international or domestic travel costs to/from Lombok, Indonesia/University of Mataram, accommodation, and other incidentals (e.g., food and drink)
  • Co-authors who will not attend the conference do not have to pay the conference fee, but at least one co-author must pay the conference fee for their abstract to be included in the Book of Abstracts
  • IMPORTANT: To finish a registration, it is necessary to attach payment confirmation

REGISTRATION

Presenter re-registration is only intended for those who have received the email notification “Acceptance of Abstract for The 19th Islands of The World Conference 2024“. Registration of presenters is carried out until March 20, 2024. Registration of participants is carried out until June 15, 2024.

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING REGISTRATION FEE

  • Each submitted abstract must have at least one author registered for the Conference (one participation fee has to be paid per each abstract accepted in the program).
  • The number of submitted abstracts per author is limited to two (2).
  • If you wish to submit more than one abstract, each of the additional abstract must have at least one co-author, who is also registered for the conference.
  • You only allowed to be the first author or first presenter of a single paper.
  • Each participant attending the conference needs to pay the conference fee.
  • If the abstract has several co-authors, all co-authors that will attend the conference must be registered and pay Conference fee.

TRAVEL GRANTS FOR STUDENT

The host will provide travel grants for students with excellent papers to strengthen and expand the forum.
